WHAT OUR NAME MEANS

What our name means:
ATLANTA ( アトランタ ): We serve the greater Atlanta area, north Georgia and portions of surrounding states.
OKINAWA ( 沖縄 ): We are for and about everything that is Okinawan (the island chain of the southern most prefecture of Japan, previously the independent  Ryukyu kingdom).
KEN ( 県 ):  a Japanese prefecture or state.
JIN ( 人 ):  A person.
KAI ( 会 ): An association or group
Therefore:  We are an  association of persons from the prefecture of Okinawa, serving the greater Atlanta and north Georgia region.  However, behind that title are the most dedicated and enthusiastic supporters of a unique and amazing culture and character, who’s greatest desire is to share and teach the world about what the ancient Chinese called “the happy immortals”.
